BARCOMI'S CAKE FLAVORS
For a multi-tiered cake, each tier can be a different cake.
Below are our classic Barcomi's flavors.
Since we make everything by hand, other flavors are possible
should you not find what you are looking for.
We can also make many of the below parts vegan, gluten-free and / or lactose-free.
Just let us know and we will include it in the offer.
We do not work with gelatin.

It is important to note that a cheesecake can only be used as the top tier of a multi-tiered cake.
It is simply not stable enough to withstand the weight of other cakes on top of it.
The only exception to this is Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake (with amaretto)
– this one is also possible in the lower tiers.
Harmonious combinations that we recommend and that are oftentimes ordered:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do the cakes on the website cost?
Since every request is very individual, we cannot give a flat rate or standard price.
The price of a wedding cake is based on the number of pieces (how many people the cake should be designed for),
the decoration (how long the pastry chefs works on the decoration) and much more.
We are happy to make you a non-binding offer in order for you to get a first idea of cost.
How far in advance do I have to order a cake?
Here it depends on the design and size of the cake.
In general, it is always good for both sides to allow enough time for the preparations.
However we are also able to make stunning cakes within a short turnaround time.
Especially in the summertime we recommend ordering further in advance, as we tend to be booked out quite fast.
Does Barcomi's also deliver?
Yes, we deliver within Berlin and to the neighboring Brandenburg region.
Outside Berlin we charge €1.80 per driven kilometer (there and back).
Can I order the cake gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan?
Yes! Please contact us and we'll make you an individual offer.
How do I best transport the cake myself?
Single-tiered cakes can be transported in a cake box. Multi-tiered cakes are best transported by two people in a car.
Ideally the cake sits on passenger's lap. That's where it's the most stable and where you can also see the cake.
Air conditioning is required on warm days. The sun should not shine directly on the cake.
Cooling with dry ice is also recommended and something we can offer you.
